Background
Redcort Software is headquartered
in California's central San Joaquin Valley. In late 1997, Redcort
Development (then a regional technology consulting firm) launched
the redcort.com web site as part of the new economy emerging in the
dot com era. Leveraging cutting edge programming technologies and
nearly two decades of solving customer challenges,
Redcort Software had a unique opportunity to publish innovative software solutions
while maintaining close customer relationships.
The enthusiastic response of the marketplace has
transformed Redcort Software into an industry leading time
and attendance software publisher. Today,
Redcort
Software
has
the
privilege
of serving
tens of thousands of
software users in over fifteen
countries
around the globe.
Mission
Redcort Software develops, publishes and supports software
products that enable our customers to leverage their existing
technology
investments. We help unburden businesses from the unproductive
cycle of repetitive tasks and unavailable information.
Values * We
Value Excellence
We
are committed to working hard to produce and support software
products that exceed the expectations of our customers. We are
committed to giving our very best efforts. We are committed to
team work and sharing the load without respect for title or position.
We are committed to doing whatever is necessary to get the job
done. We recognize and believe that integrity and quality will
be rewarded with loyalty from our customers and personal satisfaction
in our labors.
* We
Value Our Customers
We
recognize that our customers deserve our genuine appreciation
for their business. In addition to publishing useful and innovative
software products, we are committed to being helpful to our customers
and adapting our practices to meet their requests and
needs. In the age and arena of high tech, we are committed to
doing business the old fashioned way. We commit to treat others
as we wish to be treated and do our best to go the extra mile
to satisfy a customer.
* We
Value Each Other
We
recognize that at the end of the day, though we are different,
we are all human beings with hopes and dreams, fears and foibles.
We recognize all human beings are equally valuable and commit
to express that value in the way we deal with one another. We
commit to be helpful to others and to seek to express appreciation,
acceptance, and concern for those we come in contact with.
